Cast Bios:
TEDDEY BROWN
was born, raised and educated in the county of New Haven. As
an original cast member (also featured on the cast album), he
has performed in 8-Track throughout the country since 2001 and
is proud to be bringing it home. His other credits include Blues
in the Night, A Brief History of White Music, and many variations
of Smokey Joe's Café. He has been featured in the FOX
Network series and acted in the Coen Brothers film O Brother
Where Art Thou?
DENISE ESTRADA is pleased to be making her Downtown Cabaret
debut in 8-Track. Hailing from Los Angeles, CA, her favorite
roles include Aldonza in Man of La Mancha, The Witch in Hansel
and Gretel, Quince in A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Nancy in
the 2007 Drama Desk nominated production of Twist.
NIK ROCKLIN
is thrilled to be performing 8-Track once again with this talented
ensemble of artists. He is a graduate of Cincinnati's College
Conservatory of Music. One of his past preferred roles is Claude
from the 30th anniversary production of Hair, both in Europe
and in New York City.
LIANA YOUNG
comes from San Francisco and is truly excited to return to 8-Track
after touring with the original production through Milwaukee,
Detroit, Boston, L.A. and New York. She won the Bay Area Theatre
Critics' Award for her Theatreworks performances of Into the
Woods and The World Goes Round. Her favorite roles include Sally
in Cabaret, Petra in A Little Night Music, Columbia in the rock
concert version of A Rocky Horror Picture Show. She is the voice
of the Sorceress on Diablo I and II video games.
